Analyses

In our first semester we needed to analyze a residential building in Belgium based on the environment, the layout, the volume and circulation and axis effect.

Result:

In this 2nd semester we got almost the same task, but this time for a public building instead of a residential building. It means we also got to analyze the building based on the environment, the layout, the volume and circulation and axis effect. For this project we also needed to think about sustainability.

Result:

In our third semester we where supposed to make a poster that represents a architectural style or movement. We went for the Italian Futurism of which we needed to make a promotional poster and some “study cards”.

At the fourth semester we got the task to analyze a architectural firm by it’s characteristics. We were asked to make a 2.5D synthese and some “study cards” starting from the characteristics we taught were typical for the firm.
