In this project the task was to create a semi-detached building<\/strong>, we couldn’t go higher than the neighbours gutter for fire safety which made that we couldn’t go<\/strong> over the full width<\/strong> with the whole building. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At first when we’re talking about the outside i went for as less hardening as possible<\/strong> by using stepstones<\/strong> around the building. These stepstones lead to 2 different entrances.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At first we have the main entrance<\/strong> which leads us into the little entrance hall<\/strong> with a cloakroom<\/strong> and some space for the electricity meter<\/strong> etc. right in front there’s a small toilet<\/strong> for the visitors. and to our right we have a door that leads us into the open living room, dining room and kitchen.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The back entrance<\/strong> takes us into the bicycle shed<\/strong> which is connected with a small storage<\/strong> and laundry room<\/strong>. this room is also connected to the open living room, dining room and kitchen.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we take the stairs to the first floor<\/strong> we have a large kids bedroom<\/strong><\/em> to our right with more than enough closet space<\/strong>. If we go to our left there’s a big bathroom<\/strong> with a toilet<\/strong> and a bath<\/strong> for the kids. if we advance our walk we’ll come past a double-seated desk<\/strong> where the kids can finish their homework whilest mom can cook and watch them from below thanks to the big void<\/strong>. Behind the corner there are some small bookcases<\/strong> and a door which leads to the second kids bedroom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we take another staircase to the top floor<\/strong> we arrive in a little night hall<\/strong> with at our left the master bedroom<\/strong>, which is directly connected with a enormous dressing<\/strong> and a luxury morning terrace<\/strong>. if we take the door at our right side we’ll pass the technical area<\/strong> and come into the second bathroom<\/strong> with a shower<\/strong> and the solar boiler<\/strong> close to the shower for some quick hot water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
